Orders
We know that there is always this fear when shopping online. That is why for each item you will find a size guide and our advice "Choose your usual size" or "Choose a size larger/smaller than your usual size".
2.Check if your bank account has been debited.
If it has, it means that your order has been taken into account, but the email address provided is incorrect (typographical error or server problem). Contact us by email, indicating your first name, last name and order date, so that we can update your email address and resend your order confirmation.
If your bank account has not been debited, it means that your order has not been placed. We invite you to iron it out.
Please note: if your delivery method is "Express Delivery", the cancellation/modification period is 6 hours.

Yes, our website uses SSL encryption to ensure the security of your payment information.
Payment will be debited within 24 hours after order confirmation.
If your payment was declined, please check if your card is one of the card types accepted on our website: Carte Bleue, Visa or Mastercard. If this is the case, only your banking institution can explain the reason for the decline.
