Processing Time

Each order is crafted and inspected before handoff to the carrier.

  • Regular orders: within 24 business hours.
  • Custom or complex items: 1–2 business days.
  • Holiday peaks: slight extensions may occur.

Important: Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.
Average shipping time is 2–5 business days after dispatch. During peak seasons, delivery may extend—rarely up to 10 days.

Duties & Taxes

Orders ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Any import duties/taxes are collected by your local customs or carrier upon arrival.

We can’t mark as gifts or under-declare value.

When will I get tracking?

We email tracking once your parcel leaves our facility. Check anytime via Track My Order.

Tracking hasn’t updated?

Gaps are normal during air line-haul or customs. If no update for 7 + days, contact us and we’ll follow up with the carrier.

Peak-season delays

Processing & transit may extend during major holidays. Please order early.

Wrong/incomplete address

Tell us within 12 hours after purchase. After dispatch, rerouting depends on carrier policy and may incur fees.

Lost or damaged package

Send your order number & photos. We’ll verify with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
