Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your personalized order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

  • Return window: within 14 days of delivery (holiday orders — up to 3 weeks).
  • Condition: items must be new, unworn, and with tags attached.
  • Custom items: non-returnable unless defective or misprinted — we’ll replace or refund.
  • Processing: returns handled within 10 business days after we receive your parcel.
  • Shipping fees: original delivery cost isn’t refundable.

Eligibility

  • Request authorization within 14 days (21 days during holiday season).
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging / tags.
  • Refunds apply to orders placed directly on ink-pod.com.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-made or personalized products without quality issues.
  • Sale / clearance / “final sale” items.
  • Items showing wear, damage, or missing packaging.
  • Gift cards, vouchers, or coupon orders.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us: submit the Return Request Form with order number and photos (if needed).
  2. Wait for approval: you’ll receive a Return Authorization email with instructions.
  3. Ship it back: use trackable shipping and include the authorization number inside the package.
  4. Processing: once received, inspection takes 1-3 business days before refund or exchange is issued.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
  • Exchanges: replacement items ship free (domestic) after approval.
  • Partial refunds: applied if items show minor signs of use or missing components.

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time (usually 2-5 business days after dispatch; up to 10 days in peak seasons).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, please email photos and your order number to support@ink-pod.com. After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
