How It Works (3 Steps)

1. Customize: choose product, add names/avatars, review preview.
2. We make it: print/embroider → quality check → pack.
3. We ship: send tracking; average shipping 2–5 business days after dispatch (peak seasons may extend, up to about 10 days).

Total delivery time = Production + Shipping. Need to edit address/personalization? Contact us within 12 hours after purchase.
